DRIVEN ROLLER CONVEYORS

Driven roller conveyors are used for horizontal transport of goods. The transported material is moved on the driven rollers. The choice of the type of rollers depends on the specific requirements for the transported material. We use rollers by proven company, Interroll, in galvanized steel or stainless steel. The roller drive is a motor with a gearbox, which can be supplemented by a frequency converter. Roller conveyor frame is made of steel C profile with covering side plastic bar. Guide rails (L profile or tube) are used for the side guides. The axial spacing of the rollers depends on the size of the transported goods. The material should always lie on at least three rollers.
